Prof. Krzysztof Wesołowski, PhD (University of Szczecin)

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk (1984) where he was awarded his doctorate (1992). He has been working as a legal adviser since 1989. Apart from that he works at the University of Szczecin as a head of the Chair of Business and Insurance Law at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Services. He authored many articles and books on civil law including Umowa międzynarodowego przewozu drogowego towarów na podstawie CMR (a monograph on Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road), Komentarz do Konwencji o Umowie Międzynarodowego Przewozu Drogowego CMR (a commentary on Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road), Odpowiedzialność przewoźnika za szkody w świetle ustawy Prawo przewozowe (a monograph on the carrier’s responsibility for damages according to the Transport Law Act), Komentarz do Prawa przewozowego (a commentary on Transport Law). He speaks English.

Dorota Ambrożuk, DJur

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szczecin (1998) where she was awarded her doctorate (2008). She has been working as a legal adviser since 2003. Her main practice areas include transport law and banking law. She is also employed at the University of Szczecin as a lecturer in civil law, business law, transport law as well as insurance law. She has written numerous articles on civil law and transport law. She speaks German.

dr Daniel Dąbrowski

Daniel Dąbrowski, DJur

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szczecin (2000). He became a legal adviser in 2004. In 2009 he was awarded his doctorate in company law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His main practice areas include company law and business contracts law. He is also interested in new technologies law. He works at the University of Szczecin and participates in numerous conferences. He used to lecture practitioners in commercial law. An author of numerous academic articles, particularly on company law. He speaks English.

Konrad Garnowski

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin (2011). He did his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Szczecin. He is interested in commercial law, including bankruptcy law. He also specializes in litigation. He works at the University of Szczecin where he runs classes in civil and commercial law. He speaks English.
