The Law Firm Ambrożuk-Wesołowska, Dąbrowski – Legal Advisers Professional Partnership
specialises in providing legal services to entrepreneurs in all areas of commercial law.

By providing full legal services we assist our Clients in their businesses. We also take exceptionally hard tasks, which demand a lot of work and experience.

We aim to understand our Clients needs and therefore provide the most suitable services to them.

Our knowledge, expertise and involvement help us achieve this aim.

We have been operating as a professional partnership since August 2005. The Partners involved had had their own law offices before the partnership was formed. They had provided services to the entities including petroleum firms, banks, shipyards, insurance companies, transport businesses and IT companies. Many of them are now our clients.

The law firm Ambrożuk-Wesołowska, Dąbrowski Legal Advisers Professional Partnership also provides legal services in English and German.

Expert assistance

With regard to the fields of law relating to ongoing services
provided to our Clients our law firm also provides expert assistance.

We undertake tasks which require a specialized, theoretical knowledge gained by each Partner through their academic research. It is supported by their long experience in the practice of trading. Therefore, our Partners are able to develop flexible and unconventional solutions adjusted to the Clients individual needs by taking into account complex and multifaceted problems.

Court cases

Running court cases which require expertise at the stage of proceedings before the common courts of general jurisdiction, as well as proceedings before the Supreme Court (cassation appeals, petitions for the resumption of proceedings, appeals declaring a legally binding decision unlawful) and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.

Expert opinions

Preparing expert opinions required for the Clients’ court proceedings and out-of-court disputes, as well as in order to explain other issues of importance arising in our Clients’ business activity.

Consultancy

Consultancy in solving complex issues affecting our Clients at the crossways of law and economy.
