She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szczecin (1998) where she was awarded her doctorate (2008). She has been working as a legal adviser since 2003. Her main practice areas include transport law and banking law. She is also employed at the University of Szczecin as a lecturer in civil law, business law, transport law as well as insurance law. She has written numerous articles on civil law and transport law. She speaks German.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szczecin (2000). He became a legal adviser in 2004. In 2009 he was awarded his doctorate in company law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His main practice areas include company law and business contracts law. He is also interested in new technologies law. He works at the University of Szczecin and participates in numerous conferences. He used to lecture practitioners in commercial law. An author of numerous academic articles, particularly on company law. He speaks English.
